Privacy policy

This policy explains what personal data we collect through this website, why, how long we keep it and what your rights are.

Data controller

The data controller is Studio Nagrań Dora Adam Bień, ul. Warszawska 35, 05-090 Dawidy, Poland, tax ID (NIP) 522-129-22-51. For anything related to personal data, email adam@doranagrania.pl or call +48 503 968 580.

What data and why

  • “Ask for a date” form: your name, email, phone (if you give it) and message. We use them to reply and prepare an offer (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). The message goes to the studio's mailbox; the website does not store it.
  • Studio booking: your name, email, phone (if you give it), the chosen slot and your message. We use them to accept, confirm or decline the booking and to contact you about it (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). The booking is stored in the website's admin panel and notifications are sent by email.
  • Visit statistics (Google Analytics): only if you agree in the cookie notice. Google Analytics sets cookies and collects information about the pages visited, your device and approximate location (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Without consent the Google script is not loaded.

How long we keep data

  • Enquiries and bookings: as long as needed to handle them and then until limitation periods and accounting obligations expire, if we worked together.
  • Google Analytics data: 14 months from collection.
  • The dora_zgoda cookie with your choice: 6 months.

Who else can access the data

The hosting company that runs the website and email, and the person who maintains the website technically, to the extent needed to keep it running. If you consent to statistics: Google Ireland Limited (Google Analytics); data may be transferred to the USA under standard contractual clauses and the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. We do not sell data or use it for advertising.

Cookies

The website works without cookies. We only store one cookie with your decision about statistics (dora_zgoda), and Google Analytics cookies only after you consent. You can change your decision at any time with the “Cookie settings” button at the bottom of the page. Fonts and images load from our own server, and YouTube videos open only when you click a link, on YouTube's website.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict processing, to data portability and to object to processing based on legitimate interest. You can withdraw consent to statistics at any time; this does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing. You may also lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw). Providing data is voluntary, but without your name and email we cannot reply to your enquiry or accept a booking.
